Most orders will be processed and shipped from our warehouse within 2 business days after payment clear. Usually standard (including registered airmail) shipping will take 6-10 business days to arrive, while Express will take 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email containing tracking number information after your order is shipped.
Shipping:
1. Standard Airmail: It takes about 7 to 10 business days to deliver. Parcels shipped by this method may not be trackable.
2. Registered Airmail:
Reg. Airmail is serviced by USPS, with the whole trip trackable online, at www.usps.com. It normally takes about 5 to 8 business days to get delivered.
Orders shipped by reg. airmail to UK, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain takes about 4 to 8 business days.
To the rest of the world, parcels could be tracked on their sites, and customers should be able to track parcels on postal service website of the destination countries. The average delivery time is about 2 weeks, and could be delayed in some circumstances.
We are currently exploiting the possibilities of expanding the Post Link service to all European countries, potentially all over the world. And we are trying to find a solution to allow our customers to track their orders through the whole trip. We understand our customers’ needs, and we strive to make them come true.
3. For express shipping, your package will be shipped by Express Mail Service ( EMS ), DHL or UPS, it takes 5 business days to almost any country in the world. We will choose the suitable shipping courier to ship safely and quickly. Usually the tracking number will be trackable on these couriers' sites within 1 to 2 days after shipping. A shipping notice with the tracking number will be sent to customer as well.
4. Shipping Insurance is strongly recommended. For any missing items reported, we will help to resolve your problems immediately.
5. The purchaser is responsible for possible payment of local taxes, import duties, tariffs, VAT, GST or other destination fees, for USA customers, there is no Custom duty for electronics in general.
Returns & Replacements:
1. To return new items (must be in original condition and contain all original packaging and accessories) sold and fulfilled by Dealrushing.com within 30 days since shipment date for a refund or replacement. We are unable to accept goods back if they have been damaged or have excessive ware. The refund will not include the shipping fees. It might take up to 10 working days for the refund to be issued.
2. To return malfunction items, please contact us with our customer service first, then return them with the receipt.
3. The buyer shall be responsible for all shipping, insurance, and handling charges (where applicable) when returning the items to Dealrusing.com. Shipping and handling fees shall not be credited to your account. Dealrushing.com shall not be responsible for losses and breakage during the return shipping process. It is highly recommended that the buyer purchase shipping insurance and use a tracking number when shipping the goods.
